Welcome to Školkohled. By using the skolkohled.cz website (the “service”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

Školkohled is a non-commercial information tool that helps families in Czechia navigate the offering of preschools and other childcare facilities. Facility data comes mainly from the publicly available MŠMT Register of Schools and School Facilities and other public sources.

2. No guarantee of data accuracy

Facility data (opening hours, prices, capacity, contacts, enrollment status, etc.) is taken from external sources and we try to keep it up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate. Before making any important decision, please always verify the information directly with the specific facility. The operator is not liable for any damage arising from reliance on published data.

3. User ratings and reviews

When the reviews feature is enabled, users may add ratings and reviews. By adding content you confirm that:

• the content is truthful and based on your own experience,
• the content does not infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law,
• the content contains no insults, hate speech, spam, or other people's personal data.

The author alone is responsible for the content of their reviews. The operator is not responsible for user-contributed content, but reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews, in particular if they breach these terms. We publish reviews as parents add them; we do not actively verify that every author has genuinely visited the facility.

You can report harmful or unlawful content to ahoj.skolkohled@gmail.com. We will assess every report and, where justified, remove the content.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without any warranties. It is a non-commercial project run in the operator's free time. The operator is not liable for service unavailability, errors in the data, or any direct or indirect damage arising in connection with use of the service.

5. Links to third-party websites

The service may contain links to external websites (e.g. facility pages, map providers). The operator is not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Intellectual property

The design, logo, and original content of the service are protected. Public facility data remains the property of its original sources. By adding a review you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the service.

7. Governing law

These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

8. Changes to the terms
